Grantee Reporting Requirements Reporting Requirements and Extensions If your organization receives a grant from the Sapelo Foundation the following reports are required: Timeline Final Reports are due upon expenditure of the grant funds. Progress Reports are due no less than two months prior to re-application, or annually for projects funded through a multi-year grant. Extensions Extension Requests are required if the grant is not expended within the first twelve months. Content Reports must include a brief and concise narrative describing the progress made in accomplishing the purposes of the grant and a line item budget reflecting how the grant funds have been expended. Organizations failing to submit reports in a timely manner are not eligible for future funding
